Application & Interview Process
How do I apply for a specific job on the Tiffany Careers Web site?
Simply click "Apply Online" at the top of the job posting. You will be prompted to log into your account or to create a new account if you don’t already have one.
What is the selection process?
Human Resources representatives and/or hiring managers will review resumes submitted for posted opportunities. Some positions may require an online assessment or a bench test (for craft positions). The most qualified candidates will be contacted for interviews. Human Resources and hiring managers may also search the Tiffany resume database for qualified candidates.
Does Tiffany require a background check?
Background checks are conducted for seasonal, temporary, part-time and full-time employees. Depending on country laws and position levels, background checks may include: reference checks, criminal conviction searches, social security verification, drug tests, education verification, credit checks (for managers and above) and driver’s license searches (if applicable).
