We are looking for Full-Time and Part-time Sales Professionals (40h, 24h and 16h per week) for our store in Amsterdam in De Bijenkorf.
Customer Experience & Sales
Tiffany & Co. Sales Professionals deliver second to none customer service. You will be relied upon to offer a warm welcome to all and to provide the excellence in customer service that is expected of our business. We partner with our clients and listen to their needs to ensure they make the perfect choice every time. Sales Professionals will achieve or exceed their individual sales plan by utilizing consultative selling, product expertise and proactive follow up with clients.

Our Sales Professionals are able to build a loyal portfolio of clients who come back for our positive, proactive customer service and beautiful pieces again and again. Sales Professionals uphold and continue our heritage by developing and maintaining a portfolio of clients, providing outreach to clients and ensuring all communication is followed up in a timely and appropriate manner.
Tiffany & Co. Sales Professionals are responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient maintenance of stock within and outside their areas of responsibilities as well as displaying merchandise to the highest Tiffany & Co. standards. Participation in cycle counts and Physical Inventory is one key element in the merchandise support element of the role.
The ideal candidate will have previous retail experience ideally in the luxury sector or relevant customer service experience (i.e. high end hospitality). You are be flexible and willing to work non-traditional business hours including evenings, weekends and bank holidays in a fast-paced, diverse and changing environment. You will be an excellent communicator with a service centric approach to your work. Fluent language skills in English and Dutch are required.
