We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who will be supporting three Vice Presidents in Jewelry Collection and Bridal/High Jewelry categories.
The Administrative Assistant will be proactively manage daily calendars and resolve scheduling conflict. S/he will book and prepare comprehensive travel arrangements as needed (flights, hotels, car rentals, reservations). S/he will prepare accurate expense reports through ExpenseVisor, create and compile detailed PowerPoint presentations, assist in the logistical preparation for meetings and interviews including reserving conference rooms for VPs, ordering meals, liaising with IT, etc. In addition, s/he will process invoices through accounts payable system.
The ideal candidate will have a College Degree
Executive and or Administrative Assistant experience
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
