We are currently seeking Part-Time and Full-Time Operations Clerks for our Distribution team. The available shifts are the following:


Saturday and Sunday, 7 AM – 5:30 PM

Monday to Friday, 5 AM – 1:30 PM

Monday to Friday 1:30 PM – 10 PM




Responsible for all operational functions needed to support customer order fulfillment, including Prepping, Picking, Packing and Shipping. Ensure the accurate and timely fulfillment of all orders, in a manner that is consistent with company/departmental policies & procedures. Elevate issues & concerns to the lead and/or supervisor, abide by all safety & security guidelines and ensure compliance with all Tiffany & Co. policies & procedures.


  • Use established procedures & technology to process all RI CFC orders, while meeting established turn-times.
  • Perform all applicable outbound functions, including Prepping, Picking, Packing and Shipping, while meeting established productivity & accuracy standards.
  • Maintain order & inventory integrity by processing all transactions accurately and in accordance with established care & handling guidelines, while securing Tiffany & Co. assets.
  • Promptly report discrepancies to management, assist in the reconciliation of such issues, when appropriate, and perform cycle counts, as needed.
  • Assist with special projects and flex to other departments, at management’s discretion. Offer suggestions for process improvements.
  • Work safely at all times by consistently following safe work procedures for your position, as well as all safety procedures required at your worksite. Promptly report all incidents and safety issues to your supervisor.




  • Detail oriented and well organized
  • Warehouse systems experience and/or basic computer skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Must comply with all policies & procedures, including safety & security
  • Ability to work overtime hours, as required, while maintaining efficiency under pressure
