The Tiffany & Co. Sales Supervisor holds a critical position of embodying the Tiffany brand in each and every customer interaction. Each Tiffany Sales Supervisor is an excellent communicator and positive brand ambassador. His or her passion for Tiffany is conveyed in every conversation and an entrepreneurial spirit is prevalent in the make-up of every sales supervisor. The love of building their own business by developing client relationships and exceeding sales plan is first and foremost in the Tiffany sales supervisor’s skill set. Secondly, the Sales Supervisor leads by example, supporting management to provide guidance and support to the Sales Professional team, ensuring they provide the Tiffany Experience to all customers.

We currently have an opening for a Sales Supervisor within our London Harrods boutique. Please note that this is a 1 year maternity leave contract.


The Tiffany & Co. Sales Supervisor will be accountable for the following key accountabilities:

  • Achieve or exceed individual sales plan.
  • Utilize exemplary Tiffany Strategic Selling skills to effectively identify customer needs and close sales.
  • Deliver customer service excellence through words and actions; Engage every customer in an interaction that results in the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Positively contribute to store’s delivery of the Tiffany experience and Tiffany brand promise.
  • Independently resolve all customer issues up to the maximum level permitted under the established Retail guidelines.
  • Utilize client development resources such as Engage, Statement Council, Outreach budgets, etc. to maximise sales potential.
  • Build client relationships by capturing and utilising client data and engaging in other strategic developmental activities per management guidelines.
  • Ensure all day-to-day activities adhere to key retail strategies and current initiatives in order to drive the success of the business.
  • Assist Store Management in ensuring all key retail strategies are upheld on the sales floor, leading by example as well as providing support and guidance to the team on an ongoing basis.


Required Qualifications/Primary Job Requirements

  • Previous retail or luxury retail experience or relevant customer related experience (i.e. hospitality, etc).
  • Proven track record in achieving sales results.
  • Willingness to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends and bank holidays.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, customer service skills and the ability to prioritize while handling multiple tasks is required.
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Proficiency in Point of Sales (POS) systems and Microsoft Outlook/e-mail.
  • Must have authorisation to work in the United Kingdom.

Preferred Qualifications/Primary Job Requirements

  • A university degree.
  • Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) course work is preferred.
  • Language skills preferred.
