Working within our friendly Customer Service Department is demanding and rewarding at this busy time of the year. You will meet with our customers both face to face and over the phone to ensure that pre and post sales needs are fully satisfied. You will ensure that Tiffany customer enquiries are responded to appropriately and within a timely manner. You will provide resolutions to customers or seek a resolution for them. You will build rapport and confidence with customers to ensure they receive an excellent Tiffany experience.
To be successful with this position you will meet these key criteria:
Customer Service or concierge experience ideally within a Retail Environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
Self-confidence with an ability to take ownership of a situation
Strong decision makers
Experience of working within a fast paced, pressurised environment
