Analyst, Transfer Support – Replenishment

The Transfer Support Analyst is responsible for facilitating customer-driven transfers on behalf of Retail locations in accordance with the approved N. America Transfer Guidelines. This individual will work closely with cross-functional partners in Retail, Store Operations and Merchandising to identify optimal sourcing locations for inventory support and suggest alternatives when necessary. The analyst will adhere to service level agreement with all parties and ensure inventory transfers meet customer need-by-dates. The individual will work weekends to adequately support Retail needs.


Execution of Store-to-Store transfer requests

  • Monitor centralized inventory support mailbox and respond according to defined service levels
  • Achieve service level targets in regards to response times and need-by-dates
  • Apply sourcing logic to identify best location from which to source inventory units
  • Initiate transfers requests and provide appropriate follow-up


  • Provide updates and elevate concerns to larger RP team and Retail partners, as necessary
  • Trouble-shoot any transfer issues and respond to Sales and Operations Professionals, as necessary


  • Maintain records of store-to-store transfers to track conversion rates and measure guideline adherence


Required Qualifications:

  • 1 – 2 years business experience
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and diplomacy skills
  • College degree, business major preferred, or comparable experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows environment
  • Weekend availability

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of MIPS, AS400 systems and RSC Operations
  • Excel experience required
