Overview

The NY Flagship Personal Shopping Department has an excellent opportunity available for a Personal Shopping individual. This person will sell Tiffany merchandise in a consultative manner through the use of our electronic client book and other sales tools while delivering the highest level of customer service.

Responsibilities

SALES and CLIENT DEVELOPMENT

* Drive and deliver personal sales and KPI targets by cultivating client relationships

Work ‘by appointment’ to provide a personal service and maintain close relationships with TR clients(in-store or off-site)

* Proactively clientele and recruit new HNWI to build a client book, either in partnership with sales associates thereby assisting the growth of their TR business, or in partnership with Department Managers to attract new HNWI through local networking

* Create strategic business plans for existing, lapsed and prospective TR clients

* Utilize client data captured to enhance outreach and further cultivate relationships by writing thank you notes, sending e-cards,

Invites to exclusive Tiffany events and creating client experiences.

* Develop internal relationships to drive client development in store by partnering with other sales associates across all departments

* Share client feedback and sales opportunities with line managers and Director

* Share best practices and knowledge with store and colleagues

* Partner with TFB to further develop strong relationships

* Partner with Director to generate new business

SERVICE

Execute all sales initiatives driven by Personal Shopping Director

* Maintain ‘Service and Standards’ at all times by adhering to all policies and ensuring the delivery of the Tiffany Experience/ Customer

SERVICE

* Maintain ‘Service and Standards’ at all times by adhering to all policies and ensuring the delivery of the Tiffany Experience/ Customer Ceremony to the highest standard

* Provide a luxury experience, demonstrating expertise in styling and curating for all occasions.

* Assist clients from all product categories in person, virtual appointments, and via email

* Provide consultations by appointment

* Support and lead by example at in-store events in order to cultivate relationships and drive sales

* Be proactive in generating and executing group appointments

* Be efficient in follow-up and all after-sales services with customers

* Proactively network to identify new local business opportunities.

Qualifications

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in selling to HNWI’s

Proven track record of delivering sales and exceeding targets

Luxury experience/background

Existing client book

PRIMARY JOB REQUIREMENTS

Execute Tiffany Private Clients and sales programmes

Ensure a consistent and seamless experience across all channels

Demonstrate excellent selling, styling skills and product knowledge

This position requires a willingness to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
