In our Direct Sales (Contact Centre) business, the Sales & Service Professional plays a vital role in providing our outstanding and industry leading customer service.
The Sales & Service Professional is a highly skilled individual who manages diverse customer needs (new sales, after-sales support and general enquiries) for multiple channels including Personal Shopping, eCommerce, Customer Service departments and Retail. The majority of customer interaction is through internet chat, telephone and email communication.
The Sales & Service Professional provides the Tiffany Experience to every customer and develops strong customer relationships by ensuring the delivery of the highest service levels.
Attention to detail and providing consistent and accurate responses is a critical aspect of this role.
You will take complete ownership of all orders and work closely with various internal departments. This position utilises consultative selling techniques and extensive customer service skills, while multi-tasking on various Tiffany system applications.
Required Qualifications/Primary Job Requirements:
Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to resolve problems by applying knowledge and creative thinking to ensure customer satisfaction.
Previous sales & service experience in a retail or contact centre environment.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, a good working knowledge of the Internet, and familiarity and prior use of Customer Relationship Management systems is preferred.
Flexibility with work schedule: Monday through Friday, with rotational Saturdays.
