In our Direct Sales (Contact Centre) business, the Sales & Service Professional plays a vital role in providing our outstanding and industry leading customer service.


  • The Sales & Service Professional is a highly skilled individual who manages diverse customer needs (new sales, after-sales support and general enquiries) for multiple channels including Personal Shopping, eCommerce, Customer Service departments and Retail. The majority of customer interaction is through internet chat, telephone and email communication.
  • The Sales & Service Professional provides the Tiffany Experience to every customer and develops strong customer relationships by ensuring the delivery of the highest service levels.
  • Attention to detail and providing consistent and accurate responses is a critical aspect of this role.
  • You will take complete ownership of all orders and work closely with various internal departments. This position utilises consultative selling techniques and extensive customer service skills, while multi-tasking on various Tiffany system applications.


Required Qualifications/Primary Job Requirements:

  • Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to resolve problems by applying knowledge and creative thinking to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Previous sales & service experience in a retail or contact centre environment.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, a good working knowledge of the Internet, and familiarity and prior use of Customer Relationship Management systems is preferred.
  • Flexibility with work schedule: Monday through Friday, with rotational Saturdays.
  • Must have authorization to work n the UK.
  • Fluent written and spoken Italian and English.
  • Luxury sales & service experience, is a plus.
