The Seasonal Sales & Service Professional is responsible for enhancing the customer’s shopping experience, by providing exemplary customer sales and service assistance. Training Class Begins Tuesday, September 3rd for 5 weeks from 10:00am – 3:00pm
Afternoon shifts Monday – Friday from 1:30pm – 6:30pm
Must have the flexibility to increase hours starting in November
All positions require candidates to model agility and be willing to work 20-40+ hours per week; overtime and weekends may be required as dictated by the flow of business.
**Note** All applicants for Seasonal Sales and Service Professional positions will be required to complete a Pre-Hire Assessment as part of the recruitment process.
As a Sales & Service Professional, you will develop relationships with customers via email and phone and assist with sales, provide product information, and investigate and resolve issues.
You will utilize various applications and have contact with other internal departments to support these efforts.
Most importantly, you will actively identify and embrace all opportunities to exceed customer expectations with a focus on closing sales and increasing revenue in every transaction.
Qualified candidates must have prior customer support, with expertise in sales, customer service, and/or contact center experience.
The ideal candidate must be able to work both independently as well as be able to collaborate productively in a team environment, while providing prompt, attentive and effective service.
Candidates must be able to communicate with impact, both verbally and in written form, while delivering strong results in both sales and service.
Candidates must have the ability to think strategically and problem solve by applying knowledge, judgment and creative thinking to ensure personalized customer experiences.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and the Internet; familiarity with Customer Relationship Management systems is strongly preferred.
High School Diploma required; some college preferred.
