The Seasonal stock Receiver is responsible for the timely and accurate handling of inbound receipts, the put away of inventory and supplies, and the processing of outbound shipments, in a manner that is consistent with Tiffany & Co.’s policies. They work primarily on the dock and interact with both internal staff members and members from various external shipping organizations.
The Tiffany & Co. Seasonal Stock Receiver will be accountable for the following Key Accountabilities:
Locating special orders within the regular shipments to ensure entry into the order flow is done in a timely manner.
Unload merchandise from delivery vehicle’s and unloaded pallets from pallet truck.
Cross docking non-DC cartons and making ready for onward delivery.
Checking the deliveries off against the relevant invoices for DC stock to ensure accuracy.
Processing inventory invoices on AS400 (IBM iseries).
Numeracy detail essential.
Ensuring stock is put away in the correct locations as directed by locating system.
Assist Stock controller in their duties. o Instore transfers
o Vendor Appros
o Customer return stock put away.
Maintain good and orderly housekeeping.
Required Qualifications/Primary Job Requirements
IT literate with knowledge of MS office packages, specifically Excel, Word and Outlook
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail, numeracy.
Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs (i.e.Inbound, Order fulfilment, transportation etc.).
Must have authorization to work and remain in the UK
Maintain a high level of attendance and punctuality.
